The water pooled and then came inside my finished basement. I started looking for someone to fix it. Bigfoot was highly recommended by a colleague. Though they are very expensive, they provide lifetime warranty so I went with them. I waited to post the review for over a month waiting for heavy rain and saturated ground. We finally had that combination last few days where it continuously rained for a week. Happy to report bulkhead stayed dried.
Great job Tim. I highly recommend his service. He is a pleasure to work with, stays in touch after work to make sure customer is happy, and is very responsive. I am very happy with the end result.
